Another $634 billion?

Unbelievable! Leave it to the Democrats in Washington to "sneak" something like this through while everyone's attention is on another bill! The President was previously opposed to all of this additional spending. What changed his mind? Did he strike a deal to get the Wall Street bail-out passed? Sure makes you wonder.
